Through its head office in Kathmandu and its seven chapter offices in Patan, Hetauda, Pokhara, Birgunj, Kathmandu and Biratnagar and recently in Thimi, FBPWN offers a number of other activities and programmes that work towards enhancing women's professional skills and promoting women's participation in the work force. Some of these include:

     
Offered through FBPWN's chapters, literacy classes are designed to empower women labourers in industry and in villages.

     
The scholarship programme was introduced to encourage academically deserving underprivileged girls to pursue their studies.
 
 
     
Jointly conducted with the Nepal University Women's Association through the Five-O Project, this training is offered to young poor girls working as housemaids with an objective to support them to be literate and self reliant.

     FBPWN periodically organizes workshops on women's issues, such as health, education, employment and leadership development.

     
Day care centres have been established by FBPWN chapters at four industrial districts to assist women in retaining their jobs after the birth of their children. The day care centres also offer classes and training to mothers on topics related to child care, environmental stewardship, sanitation, nutrition and family planning.

     
Offered through the chapters, the micro-credit programme trains women on credit utilization and mobilization.
