As we become a student of social service,
We are a social worker and we are fully devoted to promoting this organization
as chairperson on full time basis. As such our responsibilities are to
formulate planning programme and to execute them properly as laid down
in the action plan specially mentioned in the following paragraphs.
* Make the community self-dependent in the field of financial, social,
political sector by optimum utilization of local resources, through income
generating programme such as
* bead weaving training
* bag's making training
* flower making training
* snacks making training
* fabric painting training
* soft toys making training, ETC
* Uplift the socio-economic and education status of poor and deprived
people, through giving them education facility such as tailoring training
* wool weaving training
* literacy education
* Entrance the awareness level of the poorest of the poor through different
Media such as
· * Street drama
* Culture programme
* Literacy classes
* For their cheerful life or normal life style, we counsel them to fight
against frustrate, depressed, hopeless life, such as:
* by giving counseling facility
Like wise supervising and monitoring
the activities contained in the action plan are also come under our duties.
* For above all we've lots of manpower such as:
* For different kinds of training, we have a Trainer
* For education, we have a well trained Facilitator
* For culture programme and drama, we've a famous and well known Artist,
who were ready to help us.
* For depressed, hopeless and frustrated people we've a Counselor.
Although women constitute more than fifty
percent of the total population of country, their economic and social
status is not at par with that of men and forced to live a miserable life.
The empowerment and upliftment of women not only contributes to their
living condition but also to the household they live in and eventually
to strengthen democracy.
After all, the main theme of our organization
and what we want to teach them are specify as follows:
* How to survive in a well society
* How to make healthy and happy society
* How to solve family problems and misunderstanding
* Awareness about hygiene and clean environment (bad pollution, sound
pollution, etc)
* How to care child and handle to them.
* How to take precaution about dangerous disease like Aids, Hepatitis,
etc.
* How to cook and how to preserve the food and vegetable.
