Dandi Beau "A modified form of Nepal's Traditional Game"
 
 

About the game (History):

            "Dandi Beau" is one of the ballad games that has been passed through generations as a traditional game in Nepal, its simply a game consisting very simple rules and instruments.

            "Dandi Beau" in Nepali literally means "dandi" a longer and strong stick and "beau" a smaller log of esp. wood or an object more like a ball so a game basically of a longer stick and a ball, The game is played in turns and the payer with max. Distance covering stroke with less number of hits, wins the match. 

What is in the game?

            Though not full game rules and proper ways to be played are taken to make the game, we have the tried to apply the original rules but only some of the rules and ways to play the games are modified to our convenience to make the development of the game easier.

            The game ground and the location along with the National Flag used in the game DOESNOT concern any specific reasons and is just used to make the game more interesting and easy to develop.

Rules:

As mentioned before our rules are the modified rules so they do not match with the original Dandi Beau game, but are simple and easier to play and are listed below

            1). See the white colored border line in the ground , that's the boundary where you can in-keep circling the ball and the ball should no way get beyond the boundary, and if the ball gets out of the boundary it will be considered as a failure and the player will be withdrawn from the match basically "OUT".

            2). The main goal of the game is to get the ball into the target i.e. the flag post. and one with minimum number of strikes (shown in the score board) will get the higher score.

Controls:

            You can move the bat by dragging the bat in the permitted areas and once you are satisfied with the position of the bat you should press SPACE BAR and now you should observe both the direction detector and the power (energy) meter and once you feel that convenient you will again have to press the SPACE BAR and repeating the same process for several times without braking the rules you will have to reach the goal of the game and win.

Rewards:

            If you are successful in completing the goal of the game and if you have registered the core with the necessary information and if your score gets nominated as the best score it will be posted on the website i.e. sajilo.com (***condition apply )
